Client: Investment Services Bureau, Chengdu Municipal Government
Project Description:
The project was granted by the Investment Services Bureau of City Chengdu, China. As an investment service center, the Bureau is responsible for advocacy, negotiation, and provides full range of services to a huge number of visitors and potential investors every year, resulting in a complex customer service environment. Manual operation and lack of a common technology infrastructure and information sharing among inside agencies of the Bureau further contributes to the complexity.
Committed to improving agency-wide service, the Bureau decided to hand over their challenges to GTSS consultants and engineers. With extensive experience in e-Government, GTSS fine-tuned operation processes and customized applications on top of a Microsoft CRM platform. The system was built with Asp .Net 2003 and SQL Server 2000, and implemented with C#, XML, and JavaScript.
The delivered system contains three modules: marketing management, sales management, and service management, collectively providing 5 main functions (1) project tracking and pushing, (2) customer data management, (3) internal information sharing, (4) reporting management, and (5) function adjustment deck.
The deployment of the system has significantly improved client’s businesses where (1) information loss no longer a problem, (2) up-to-date control of each project tracked by the system, and (3) increased customer satisfaction and thus higher success ratio of investment cases. |
