Chen has been appointed as Corporate Vice President of GoldTel Industry Group. In his new role, Dr. Chen will participate in all decision-making processes at corporate level and be responsible for the IT Service businesses. Dr. Chen will still hold his current position as President&CEO at GoldTel Softsource Co., Ltd.
